Dawah: A Mass Deception

Within Islamic belief, it is believed Islam to be the true religion.
Allah should be the only ruling authority in the world, of religion, government/legislation, military and social and civil/family matters.
Allah’s law (Shari ’ah/Islamic law) is believed to be the best of laws which a human being should live by.

Every Muslim has a duty to bring people to Islam, and a Muslim will attempt to call all mankind to Islam. This could result in conversion by taking the Shahada and if not accepted, all people rejecting Islam should live as a dhimmi, (non-Muslim subject of an Islamic State) or as a slave. The remainder, who do not have legitimacy to live like that, will have to fight, or face never ending Jihad until submission or death.
The process has been followed since the creation of the first Islamic state, it was ordered by Allah in the Qur’an and by Muhammad, Allah’s chosen messenger. The orders have been carried out throughout the history of Islam and the Islamic State (ISIS) are carrying out the order in the present day.

The scriptural basis for all Muslims to call people to Islam is:

“Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.” (16.125)

“Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, He who calls others to follow the Right Guidance will have a reward equal to the reward of those who follow him, without their reward being diminished in any respect on that account.” (Sahih Muslim, Book 13, Hadith 1381)

Muhammad lived in Mecca as what you might call a moderate Muslim. Muhammad migrated to Medina as a refugee and reconnected with the Muslims he sent ahead of himself to call people to Islam. The converts (helpers/Ansari) banded together with Muhammad and other Muslims to commit Jihad, the Ansari also protected the newly conquered Muslim towns and Muslims. When Muhammad felt he had enough military force and strength within Islam, he sent out a call to Islam, the offer was convert, pay the Jizyah or fight.
Muhammad called people to Islam by sending letters out with his close companions to far out lands, the letters were for Kings and rulers of those nations. Muhammad sent his close companions with strict orders to fight those people who did not accept Islam.
The process is called Dawah. A street dawah is known as a peaceful call to Islam, these are held all over the world.

There are many scriptural references within the sacred Islamic texts referring to Dawah.

“And let there be (arising) from you a nation inviting you to (all that is) good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be successful.” (Qur’an, 3.104)

Specifically, in Islamic law the definition of dawah is:

“The caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya)-which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (0: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (0: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High.”(o.9 Reliance of the traveller, Islamic sacred law.)

The Qur’anic reference used in Islamic law is:

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled.” (Qur’an 9:29)

A reference from Islamic jurisprudence is:

“Fighting the enemies must be preceded by calling them to Islam. The prophet (PBUH) used to call the enemies to Islam, if they did not know about it before fighting them. He (PBUH) also sent messages to Kings calling them to Islam and used to advise the commanders of the Muslim army to call the disbelievers to Islam before fighting them, and not to fight whomever would accept Islam. This is because the main objective of fighting in Islam is to eliminate disbelief and polytheism, and to help people enter the religion of Allah (Islam) Thus this noble objective is fulfilled without fighting, Muslims are not allowed to fight others; and Allah knows best.”

Another qur’anic reference is:

And fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah . And if they cease – then indeed, Allah is Seeing of what they do.” (Qur’an 8.39)

There is further scriptural basis in the Qur’an, ahadith and the Sira of Muhammad.
The process of dawah as ordered in Qur’an, ahadith and the shari’ah.

Offer to accept Islam
It would consist of a peaceful call to Islam.
If the people accept Islam then no further action would be taken. The person would become a brother or sister living under Allah’s law and be required to fulfill obligations within Islamic law and to desist from anything which is reviled by Allah and Muhammad.
A non-Muslim would be offered the chance to pay Jizya tax; the likelihood is would be an order to pay.
A non-Muslim would pay the tax on a yearly basis to purchase the right to live for the next year, and practice their religion behind closed doors, out of sight of Muslims.
A land tax, named Karaj.
This would need to be paid, if the person has a business or trade which is of financial use to the Islamic state.

Dhimmis and Jizyah

  • As in Qur’an 9.29, the non-Muslim is brought low/humbled/subdued under the conditions which dhimmi’s (non-Muslim subjects of an Islamic state/Ahl Al-Dhimma) have lived under in the past; the conditions were unequal, humiliating and inhumane.

A non-Muslim would have no legal rights and forbidden to testify in an Islamic court as a defendant or as a witness against a Muslim, as non-Muslims are deemed untrustworthy, being an enemy of Allah for not submitting to Allah.
There are six conditions to be fulfilled by the one who is to deliver a testimony in an Islamic court.
1. Reaching puberty.
2. Sanity.
3. The ability to speak.
4. Being Muslim, due to the verse in the Qur’an.

“and bring to witness two just men from among you…”(2.282)

5. Having a good memory
6. Uprightness

There are many conditions in Islamic law which a dhimmi would live by and these have been displayed in history.
For instance:

  • Non-Muslim buildings cannot be higher than a Muslim building.
  • New Churches are not allowed to be built and Churches which were previously on the land are forbidden to be repaired.
  • Pork, wine, crosses and holy books (other than Islamic holy books) cannot be displayed in public.

Elements of this are already being unofficially enforced in some places in western secular lands due to people not wanting to cause offend Muslims.

    • In history non-Muslims have had to wear a uniform and have their hair cut a different way, wear identifiable tags, such as pigs and monkeys, yellow stars to distinguish them as dhimmis.
    • Wear a tablet around the neck to display the non-Muslim has paid the Jizyah.
    • Wear only certain colours, or not be able to wear green or yellow, because they were Muslim colours.

The specific rules of dress and identifiable features were dependent which country was under Islamic rule, however the rules were enforced with the primary aim of humiliating and degrading non-Muslims, as hatred of non-Muslims is referenced in the Islamic texts as a central theme.
The root of Ahl Al-Dhimma comes from the teachings of Muhammad, but was later made as an official law due to the Pact of Umar.

But, we won’t really live like that, will we?
If you are lucky and you don’t have to live under the above conditions, you might be surprised to learn, that as a Muslim in an Islamic state with full Islamic rule, music, television or radio isn’t allowed unless it is related to the teachings of Islam.
All deeds are required to be for worshipping Allah and any other act is seen as taking someone away from the path of Allah.
Women would have to be covered, a hijab at the very least, no make up, perfume, or nail varnish is allowed. In fact, nails have to be trimmed neat on men and women as this is Sunnah (prophetic tradition). Tattoos after conversion are forbidden, certain haircuts are restricted as are certain clothes.
Women cannot go out without permission of the husband and then it should only be for emergencies or worship. Although, Muhammad said it was best women stay at home and pray, which makes it questionable whether a woman would be allowed out of the home for worship.

Those are only the few conditions a Muslim has to live under, so take a moment to imagine how the non-Muslim would live in an Islamic state.
Islam defends the state of dhimmis by saying the people are protected in an Islamic state as a dhimmi. Within Islamic Jurisprudence this means that Jihad cannot be enacted against a dhimmi whilst protected by the Islamic State; unless the treaty is broken.

    Breaching the dhimmi treaty
The dhimmi treaty can be violated in many ways, these are the main examples:

      • Not following the rules of Islam.
      • Refusal to pay Jizyah.
      • Physically assaulting or killing a Muslim, even if in self-defence.
      • Having a homosexual relationship.
      • Committing adultery with a Muslim woman.
      • Criticising , questioning or denying the oneness of Allah and of being the ruling authority
      • Insulting or criticising Muhammad.
      • Spying, hiding or assisting opposition (non-Muslim) forces.

When the dhimmi treaty is violated, the individual non-Muslim will be subject to four methods which the Muslim leader can enact:

    • The death penalty.
    • Slavery.
    • Release without ransom.
    • The non-Muslim can ransom himself for money or the exchange of a Muslim prisoner held by the non-Muslims.

Women seldom have this choice, as women and children are taken as slaves at point of capture. A woman’s marriage is annulled at the point of capture, which makes it lawful for a Muslim man to take the woman as a sex slave.
If the treaty is violated by the – previous – ruler of the country who the treaty was made with, Jihad will be enacted.
The ultimate aim of subjugating a non-Muslim as a dhimmi is the person will feel so demeaned as a non-Muslim subject of the Islamic state, the person will accept Islam, convert and be in complete submission to Allah.

Jihad, due to non-acceptance of Islam.
A non-Muslim would have no choice but to fight for their life and property, Jihad would be enacted against the non-Muslims.
Added to this, if discovered before, or whilst subject to a dhimmi treaty, apostates will be executed with no mercy, gays will be hung or thrown from a high height and stoned if the fall doesn’t kill them.
Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians can live as dhimmis, every other religion is not legally protected in Islamic law. Although people in religions such as Hinduism have been able to live as dhimmis within history: The Jizyah was of financial benefit to the Islamic state of that time.

Islamic state is reviving a Caliphate and in their own words “we will send a flood of refugees to the west and in with them there will be fighters”.
That threat was carried out, Europe is flooded with un-vetted refugees, increased Jihad attacks followed this, some of the Jihadis arrived with the refugees.

    Mission Dawah
On 20th August 2016, there was a worldwide call to Islam (the initiative was called Mission Dawah) It was organised by the IERA, who are the Islamic Education and Research Academy. The founder and head organiser is called Abduraheem Green, he is a convert to Islam of 20 years and is of the Salafist ideology.
Aduraheem Green has talked in the past about the things he would like to see reinstated within an Islamic state, he has also said statements such as “Islam teaches its followers to seek death on the battlefield” and that “dying while fighting jihad is one of the surest ways to paradise and Allah’s good pleasure”.
The day after the Paris attacks, Abduraheem Green was a main speaker at a rally in England talking about how to create an Islamic state in the UK. Other speakers were Haitham al-Haddad, Adnan Rashid, Sulaiman Ghani, Dilly Hussain, Taji Mustafa, Moazzam Begg.
The speakers did condemn Islamic state (ISIS) during the rally, but immediately following this, each speaker reaffirmed, “It’s an Islamic duty to struggle for an Islamic state”.
The organisers and preachers of Mission Dawah have said that was the Prophetic Mission and guarantee it will be fulfilled, that Islam will be in every country, it will reach every person and Allah will enter every home.
In their own words, It was described as “a peaceful call to Islam”.
“Dawah is conveying the message of Islam to non-Muslims and inviting them to Allah” but Islamic law, Islamic history and all sacred Islamic texts have proven that a peaceful call will always be followed by Jihad, if not accepted.

Nobody can say how long it will take for it to go from the peaceful call to what I have described, however, this is the process of the call to Islam as defined and ordered in all sacred Islamic texts, which are certified by respected and revered Islamic Scholars as true to Islam.
Whether it is Islamic state (ISIS) or the global dawah that succeeds in reviving the true Islamic state, everybody should know the process of dawah which will lead to the succession of an Islamic state with Shari’ah as the ruling authority.

Good work! We need many more of us spreading the facts about Islam.
A small correction: The Ansar (helpers) were not a tribe in themselves but consisted of two tribes, the Aus and the Khazraj.

I amended it, it was sloppy wording.
I will also make sure I say that specifically in another article. Thank you very much for your approval and feedback.

Wow that is a fantastic read and a realistic insight into our future as Muslims across the globe call out fortheir dawah. Its interesting to k ow the speakers after the Paris attack condoned it yet basically retracted it by saying every Muslim has a cause to struggle.
